How do I fix this computer connection issue?
Ok so heres the thing, the internet connection is just working fine and then all of a sudden it gets this random disconnection, and once it does, it keeps disconnecting at an annoying ongoing rate until I restart the computer, and after i restart it, it works just fine until it gets the disconnections again. (btw i always notice this connection that isnt ours whenever this happens, shows as an available option to connect to, does this have anything to do with that?)
Is there any way to fix it without having to restart the computer every time? I already tried resetting the connection.
You should replace your router. I work at an electric company and that’s a very common problem.

Try chaning the channel your router broadcasts on. What may be happening is that your router and the other router that shows up when you disconnect could be interfering with each other because they are on the same channel. Go to your router control panel to do this (the address to your router is your default gateway). Hope this helps.
