windows registry fix to appoint programs which used by my staff?
it need to modify my registry,which i heard from my friend, how can i do that?

it is unsafe to edit registry if you aren’t proficient in it.
But you may try this:
Go start -> run -> type regedit in
Find item
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software – Microsoft – Windows – CurrentVersion – Policies – System

You may create system item if it is not exist in policies, then add a DWORD string called RestrictRun in system item, value is 1, then you may add some strings which value is program name you want.
For example, 1 word.exe 2 notepad.exe
